Abstract:Accurate, sensitive, robust, and direct isocratic reversed phase-HPLC methods, using Evaporative Light Scattering Detector (ELSD), had been developed and fully validated for the detection and quantification of two non-chromophoric nutraceuticals; alpha-lipoic acid (ALA) and Sucralose (SUC).
