HPLC Method Validation for Determination of Pentoxifylline in Pharmaceutical Dosage Forms

Abstract: A selective and simple reversed phase High Performance Liquid Chromatography (RP-HPLC) method was developed and validated for quantification of pentoxifylline in dosage forms available in local market. Firstly, different chromatographic conditions were tested. Then, the optimized method was validated.
