Abstract: Human Papillomavirus (HPV) infection poses a significant health burden in Latin America and the Caribbean (LAC), leading to various conditions from benign to malignant, including cervical, anal, and oropharyngeal cancers. This systematic review encompassed 24 studies with a total of 14,466 participants, exploring HPV vaccine acceptance in the region.
