HSA—Coated Magnetic Nanoparticles for MRI-Guided Photodynamic Cancer Therapy

Abstract: Background: Photodynamic therapy (PDT) is a promising technique for cancer treatment; however, low tissue permeability for irradiating light and insufficient photosensitizer (PS) accumulation in tumors limit its clinical potential.
