Abstract:Background and Purpose--Hematoma expansion has been identified as a crucial predictor for the progress and outcome of intracranial hemorrhage(ICH). MicroRNAs (miRNAs) are associated with hematoma expansion and play important roles in regulating the mechanism of ICH.
