Abstract:Accumulating studies suggest that Huaier exerts anti-tumor effects through intricate mechanisms. Despite extensive research on its efficacy in lung cancer, further investigation is required to elucidate the molecular mechanism of Huaier. The involvement of long noncoding RNAs (lncRNAs) in the anti-lung cancer effects of Huaier remains unknown. In this study, we found Huaier suppressed cell viability, migration and invasion in non-small cell lung cancer (NSCLC) cells. LncRNA sequencing analysis revealed Deleted… Show more
scite is a Brooklyn-based organization that helps researchers better discover and understand research articles through Smart Citations–citations that display the context of the citation and describe whether the article provides supporting or contrasting evidence. scite is used by students and researchers from around the world and is funded in part by the National Science Foundation and the National Institute on Drug Abuse of the National Institutes of Health.
