Abstract:Background: In Indonesia, malocclusion is a very high dental and oral health problem, accounting for about 80% of the population, ranks third after dental caries and periodontal disease. According to Basic Health Research (Riskesdas) data, South Kalimantan is an area with a high incidence of dental and oral health problems, which is around 59.6%, and cases of malocclusion in South Kalimantan are around 12%.
