Hubungan Kecerdasan Emosional Dengan Perilaku Agresif

Abstract

The aim of this research is to find out the correlation between emotional quotient and aggression behavior at X University. This research method uses descriptive quantitative methods. The data collection technique employed cluster random sampling by using of slovin formula. In this research, the number of sample is 97 students. The research data is obtained with emotional quotient scale and aggression behavior scale instrument. Hypothesis testing is conducted in this study by using correlation test. The results showes that there is a correlation emotional quotient and aggression behavior at X University with a correlation value of r = 0,359 , p = 0,000 (p < 0,005) which indicates that there is a significant correlation between emotional quotient and aggression behavior at X University.
