Abstract: Tobacco usage is linked to multiple cancer types and accounts for a quarter of all cancer-related deaths. Tobacco smoke contains various carcinogenic compounds, including polycyclic aromatic hydrocarbons (PAH), though the mutagenic potential of many tobacco-related chemicals remains largely unexplored.
