Organizational sustainability is an important strategy to increase organizational capabilities not only to provide economic benefits, but also social and environmental benefits. The reality on the ground is that not all companies really pay attention to the dimensions of sustainability, both in terms of economy / profit, people and the environment. This is because it is considered that the sustainability of the organization is voluntary. Therefore, research is needed on the factors that influence organizational sustainability. The research objective is the effect of intellectual capital on organizational sustainability with innovative employee behavior as an intervening variable at the PT. Jaya Maritime Services. The research method used is explanatory quantitative with SEM-PLS. The sample in this study were 50 employees of PT. Jaya Maritime Services. The sampling technique used in this study was saturated sampling (census). The results showed that human capital and structural capital have a positive and significant effect on innovative behavior, while relational capital has a positive and insignificant effect on innovative behavior, innovative behavior has a positive and significant effect on organizational sustainability, human capital has a negative and insignificant effect on organizational sustainability, structural capital. has a negative and significant effect on organizational sustainability, relational capital has a positive and significant effect on organizational sustainability, innovative behavior mediates the effect of human capital on organizational sustainability, innovative behavior mediates the effect of structural capital on organizational sustainability, and innovative behavior mediates the effect of relational capital on organizational sustainability. Based on the inter-dimensional correlation matrix analysis, to improve employee engagement, it is recommended to maintain and improve indicators: (1) employee expertise in special jobs (specialists); (2) corporate culture content; (3) mutual collaboration skills; (4) developing new ideas, and (5) providing stable salaries for employees.

Research aims: This study aims to examine the role of career development in mediating the relationship between intellectual capital and organizational culture on employee performance.Design/Methodology/Approach: This study used a proportional stratified random sampling method with 126 permanent employees of local banks in Yogyakarta, Indonesia, as research respondents. The respondents included Head Office, Main Branch Office, and Senopati Branch Office. The data were collected by distributing a questionnaire, and the secondary data were in the form of data or documents that supported and strengthened the primary information from books, magazines, journals, and other documents. Then, the analytical tool utilized in this study was SEM (Structural Equation Modeling) to test the research hypotheses.Research findings: The results showed that intellectual capital and organizational culture had a positive and significant effect on career development and performance, but career development had no positive and significant effect on performance. Meanwhile, career development could not mediate the effect of intellectual capital and organizational culture on performance.Theoretical contribution/Originality: The study results contribute to the literature (body of knowledge), especially as additional discussion toward theory and literature related to intellectual capital, organizational culture, career development, and performance in local banks, which is still very limited.

This study aims to determine, 1) the level of human capital of student organizations, (2) the level of student organization performance, (3) the relationship of human capital to the performance of student organizations in the Faculty of Education (FIP) Malang State University (UM). This research uses a quantitative approach with a descriptive correlational research design. The research instrument used was a questionnaire with respondent members of student organizations in FIP UM. The analysis technique used in this research is descriptive analysis and correlation. The results of this study indicate: (1) the level of human capital of student organizations in the Faculty of Education UM is quite good; (2) the level of performance of student organizations in the Faculty of Education UM is quite good and (3) there is a positive and significant relationship between human capital on the performance of student organizations in the Faculty of Education, State University of Malang.
