Human capital formation networks in the COVID-19 era

Abstract: The health and economic crisis forced the educational sectors to be more entrepreneurial and innovative in order to reactivate teaching and learning. the target of the study was to specify a model, considering a review of the literature from 1997 to 2022, as well as the search by keywords.
