Abstract:This study aims to determine the human error probability during the emergency evacuation of offshore platforms with the HEART technique. In this study, after completing an emergency maneuver with a fire and explosion scenario, the HTA method was used to identify and segregate the emergency evacuation activities, and the HEART technique was utilized to estimate the human error probability.
