Human exploration and settlement of the moon using lunox-augmented NTR propulsion

Abstract: An innovative trimodal nuclear thennal rocket (NTR) concept is described which combines conventional liquid hydrogen (LHJ-cooled NTR, Brayton cycle power generation and supersonic combustion ramjet (scramjet) technologies.
