Abstract: Human herpesvirus type 6 (HHV6) reactivation after haploidentical hematopoietic cell transplantation (HCT) with post-transplant cyclophosphamide (PT-Cy) has been scarcely studied, especially when antithymocyte globulin (ATG) is added to the graft-versus-host disease (GvHD) prophylaxis.
