Human Prothrombin

Abstract: SummaryA method is presented for the chromatographic separation of human prothrombin from variable volumes of plasma. The procedure is simple, consisting of chromatography on ECTEOLA which provides a potent product containing factor IX and X activity sufficient for therapeutic use.
