Abstract: Aging impairs osteoblast function and bone turnover, resulting in age‐related bone degeneration. Stress granules (SGs) are membrane‐less organelles that assemble in response to stress via the recruitment of RNA‐binding proteins (RBPs), and have emerged as a novel mechanism in age‐related diseases.
