Hybrid Approach for Treatment of a Symptomatic Giant Splenic Artery Aneurysm

Abstract: A 56-year-old female presented with a symptomatic giant fusiform mid-splenic artery aneurysm (7.3 x 6.4 cm). The patient underwent hybrid management of the aneurysm with endovascular embolization of the aneurysm and inflow splenic artery followed by laparoscopic splenectomy with control and division of the outflow vessels.
