Hybrid Cyber Petri net Modelling, Simulation and Analysis of Master-Slave Charging for Wireless Rechargeable Sensor Networks

Abstract: Wireless charging provides continuous energy for wireless sensor networks. However, it is difficult to replenish enough energy for all sensor nodes with fixed charging alone, and even more unrealistic to charge a large number of nodes within a short time via mobile charging. In order to overcome the above weaknesses, this paper firstly puts forward a Master-Slave Charging mode for the WRSN (Wireless Rechargeable Sensor Network), where fixed charging is the master mode and mobile charging is the slave mode, res… Show more

“…Qin et al conducted an in-depth study on time-extended Petri nets and described reliability by using their good scalability. Finally, a relatively perfect time-expanded Petri net SRG model evaluation scheme was formed, and it was applied to the actual embedded modeling process with good results [10]. Pan et al studied the partition of software and hardware with dual-objective multichoice and proposed a heuristic algorithm to generate approximate solutions quickly, using a custom tabu search algorithm, an improved approximate solution algorithm, and a dynamic programming algorithm that quickly computes an exact solution; the hardware and software partitioning is studied [11].…”

“…In addition, they focused on using developed timed Petri nets to model variable traffic light control systems to analyze the performance of urban traffic networks [44]. In our previous work, a generalized synchronizing colored cyber Petri net was proposed to establish the fixed chargers' deployment, and later a hybrid cyber Petri net was applied to model and analyze the master-slave charging behavior [45,46]. In this paper, a hybrid colored cyber Petri net system is to be proposed to characterize the energy flow, information flow, and control flow relationship in UAVs' aided wireless power and information transmission.…”
