Hybrid Design of a Polymeric Electrothermal Actuator for Microgripper

Abstract: Thermal micro actuators are widely used for large displacement, high accuracy and repeatability. The applications of these devices are in the fields of micro assembly, micro surgery and manipulation of micro particles.
