Hybrid Formulation of the Model-Based Non-rigid Registration Problem to Improve Accuracy and Robustness

Abstract: Abstract. We present a new algorithm to register 3D pre-operative Magnetic Resonance (MR) images with intra-operative MR images of the brain.
