Hybrid governance, environmental justice, and hydropower development in the Mekong transboundary commons

Abstract: The transboundary Mekong River spans China, Myanmar, Laos, Thailand, Cambodia, and Vietnam, and provides critical ecosystem services that support millions of people across the river basin.
