Hybrid Solution Moves Boundaries of Copper Welding

Abstract: For copper joining, blue diode lasers have made it possible to control heat conduction welding for the very first time. The technology, however, has reached its current limits with copper deep welding, where infrared lasers have also not achieved satisfactory results.
