Hybridization of Soft Expert Set with AHP in Decision Making

Abstract: In this note a typical problem of selecting manager is presented where soft expert set is indecisive. Because of this indecisiveness, hybridization of soft expert set with AHP technique has been developed, and solution is achieved. Furthermore, the effectiveness of result is verified by applying TOPSIS technique.
