Hydrocephalus: a rare complication of primary central nervous system vasculitis

Abstract: Hydrocephalus is a known complication of central nervous system (CNS) vasculitis secondary to infectious diseases. We present an unusual case of primary CNS vasculitis (PCNSV) complicated by communicating hydrocephalus.
