“…The coral reef around the top of the YBH could produce considerable debris flow, which has been observed by divers and the ROV. The analyses of turbidity and suspended particulate matter have also shown high concentrations of particles in the YBH, especially in the chemocline, compared with adjacent sea areas (Bi et al, ; Xie et al, ).
