Hydrogel Microparticle‐Templated Anti‐Solvent Crystallization of Small‐Molecule Drugs

Abstract: Conventional formulation strategies for hydrophobic small-molecule drug products frequently include mechanical milling to decrease active pharmaceutical ingredient (API) crystal size and subsequent granulation processes to produce an easily handled powder.
