Good quality dwelling and the environment are related to the values of citizens’ existence. It can be highlighted as important questions in creating a sustainable living environment. The research and analysis carried out so far include global planning of the plot of a particular country or city according to economic aspects. Meanwhile, our model, which covers the key social aspects of choosing a residential house, will fill this gap. We propose an original problem formulated which includes the planning of the plot of a particular city according to economic, environmental and social aspects. Our work aims to investigate the criteria for the selection of single-family houses and to develop a theoretical evaluation model based on decision-making methods. The presented study deals with the problem of selecting a one-family house plot using the Weighted Aggregate Sum Product Assessment Methods (WASPAS) and the Step-Wise Weight Assessment Ratio Analysis Method (SWARA). During the research, parameters related to plot selection were evaluated: infrastructure, distance, cost, privacy, security and aesthetic view.

Vendor-managed inventory (VMI) is one of effective and crucial tools to alleviate the demand volatility of stocks problems, reduce time and operating cost in healthcare sector. VMI strategy becomes a necessity for both suppliers and hospitals to sustainably develop and to cope with stock availability and overall reliability process by sharing information. The process and management of VMI is a complicated work which needs substantial degrees of collaboration, expertise, and information sharing. This paper purposes a comprehensive multi-criteria decision making (MCDM) to select the best potential supplier for VMI collaboration in healthcare organization. The study developed MCDM framework consists of (i) Fuzzy Delphi approach to select the appropriate evaluation criteria for VMI supplier selection (ii) Fuzzy Step-wise Weight Assessment Ration Analysis (SWARA) method to determine the relative importance weight of evaluation criteria, (ii) Fuzzy Complex Proportional Assessment of Alternatives (COPRAS) to compare, rank and select the best appropriated supplier. An empirical case study was applied for a local famous public hospital and the best potential supplier was selected. The study reveals that the most evaluation criteria when selecting supplier for VMI in healthcare sector are institutional trust, information sharing and exchanging as well as information technology. .

The well-known Maclaurin symmetric mean (MSM) and the dual MSM (DMSM) are introduced as important operators to handle multiattribute group decision making (MAGDM) information. The MSM and the DMSM operators have the prominent characteristic of accurately describing the interdependence of multi-input arguments. Due to their advantage, we extend the MSM and the DMSM into the dual hesitant fuzzy environment to aggregate uncertain information. Particularly, we propose some novel aggregation operators, namely dual hesitant fuzzy MSM, weighted dual hesitant fuzzy MSM, dual hesitant fuzzy dual MSM, and weighted dual hesitant fuzzy dual MSM operators. Moreover, we study some properties and special remarks regarding different values of the parameter. With an extension of the complex proportional assessment method, we formulate a new approach for the dual hesitant fuzzy MAGDM. Finally, we test the applicability and feasibility of our proposed method by solving a mobile payment platform selection problem in Ghana.
