Hydronephrosis and Ureteral Obstruction in Crohn’s Disease

Abstract: Hydronephrosis and ureteral obstruction are rare sequelae of Crohn's disease. Chronic obstruction can ultimately lead to dysfunction of the affected kidney, and atypical presenting symptoms create pitfalls in diagnosis.
