Hydrothermal Synthesis of Different Zinc Oxide Nanostructures: Growth, Structure and Gas Sensing Properties

Abstract: We report the nanostructures and gas-sensing properties of Zinc oxide nanosheets prepared by hydrothermal method. In particular, needlelike Zinc oxide was also prepared for comparison. The morphology and structural properties were investigated using X-ray diffraction (XRD), scanning electron microscope (SEM) and transmission electron microscope (TEM).
