Abstract:Using the hydrothermal method, rod-like lanthanum oxychloride nanoparticles were synthesized by the reaction of LaCl 3 .7H 2 O, ethylenediamine, and hydrazine. Ethylenediamine and hydrazine with pH management can control the particle growth and have an important role in the formation of rod-like structures.
