Ïåðñïåêòèâû ðàçâèòèÿ ãîðíî-ðóäíîé ïðîìûøëåííîñòè â Ðåñïóáëèêå Êîìè ñâÿçûâàþò ñ êðóïíåéøèìè ìåñòîðîaeäåíèÿìè òèòàíà -ßðåãñêèì è Ïèaeåìñêèì. Íîâûå äàííûå â îáëàñòè ìèíåðàëîãî-òåõíîëîãè÷åñêèõ èññëåäîâàíèé òèòàíîâûõ ðóä ïîçâîëÿò óñêîðèòü îñâîåíèå ýòèõ ìåñòîðîaeäåíèé, îïðåäåëèòü ýôôåêòèâíûå òåõíîëîãèè èõ ïåðåðàáîòêè è ïåðå÷åíü òîâàðíîé ïðîäóêöèè. Èñïîëüçîâàí êîìïëåêñ ìèíåðàëîãî-àíàëèòè÷åñêèõ ìåòîäîâ (îïòè÷åñêàÿ ìèêðîñêîïèÿ, ðåíòãåíîãðàôè÷åñêèé è ðåíòãåíîôëóîðåñ-öåíòíûé àíàëèçû, ìèêðîðåíòãåíîñïåêòðàëüíûé àíàëèç). Ïîêàçàíî, ÷òî èëüìåíèò-ëåéêîêñåíîâûå ðóäû Ïèaeåìñêîãî ìåñòîðîaeäå-íèÿ èìåþò ñëîaeíûé ïîëèìèíåðàëüíûé ñîñòàâ, íàðÿäó ñ ãëàâíûìè ðóäíûìè êîìïîíåíòàìè ïðèñóòñòâóþò äðóãèå ìåòàëëû, ôîðìà íàõîaeäåíèÿ êîòîðûõ ðàçëè÷íàÿ (èçîìîðôíàÿ ïðèìåñü, ñàìîñòîÿòåëüíûå ìèíåðàëüíûå ôàçû). Ìîðôîìåòðè÷åñêèå õàðàêòåðèñòè-êè çåðåí èëüìåíèò-ëåéêîêñåíîâîé ðóäû óêàçûâàþò íà íåîáõîäèìîñòü ïðèìåíåíèÿ êîìáèíèðîâàííûõ ìåòîäîâ îáîãàùåíèÿ è íîâûõ òåõíîëîãèé óòèëèçàöèè ñûðüÿ.Êëþ÷åâûå ñëîâà: Ïèaeåìñêîå ìåñòîðîaeäåíèå, èëüìåíèò-ëåéêîêñåíîâûå ðóäû, ìîðôîñòðóêòóðíûå õàðàêòåðèñòèêè, òåõíî-ëîãè÷åñêèå ñâîéñòâà.
MINERALS AND PROCESSING FEATURES OF ILMENITE-LEUCOXENE ORES OF PIZHEMSKOE DEPOSIT, MIDDLE TIMAN

Institute of Geology Komi SC UB RAS, SyktyvkarProspects of development of the mining industry in the Komi Republic are associated with the largest deposits of titanium -Yaregskoe and Pizhemskoe. New data on the mineralogical and technological properties of titanium ores will allow accelerating the development of these deposits and proposing effective technologies of titanium ore processing and enhancing the list of commodity products. The set of mineralogical and analytical methods was used (optical and electron microscopy, X-ray and X-ray fluorescence analysis). Ilmenite-leucoxene ores of Pizhemskoe deposit are of complicated character, different metals (isomorphic impurity, autonomous mineral phases) are present along with main ore components. The morphometric characteristics of grains of ilmenite-leucoxene ore point to the need to use combined methods of enrichment and utilization.Keywords: Pizhemskoe deposit, ilmenite-leucoxene ore, morphometric characteristics, technological properties.
Ââåäåíèå ðàìêàõ òèòàíîâîãî ïðîåêòà Ðåñïóáëèêè Êîìè íà áàçå Ïèaeåìñêîãî ìåñòîðîaeäåíèÿ ïëàíèðóåòñÿ ñòðî-èòåëüñòâî èííîâàöèîííîãî ãîðíî-ìåòàëëóðãè÷åñêî-ãî êîìïëåêñà ïî äîáû÷å è ïåðåðàáîòêå òèòàíîâîé ðóäû è êâàðöåâûõ ïåñêîâ. Ñóùåñòâóþùèå òåõíîëîãèè ïåðåðà-áîòêè è îáîãàùåíèÿ òèòàíîâûõ ðóä íå óäîâëåòâîðÿþò çà-ïðîñàì èíäóñòðèè èç-çà âûñîêîé ñòîèìîñòè êîíå÷íîãî ïðîäóêòà.Ïèaeåìñêîå ìåñòîðîaeäåíèå (Ñðåäíèé Òèìàí, ðèñ. 1) ïðåäñòàâëÿåò ñîáîé ïîãðåáåííóþ ñëàáîëèòèôèöèðî-âàííóþ ðîññûïü, ðàñïîëîaeåííóþ íà ñåâåðî-çàïàäíîì îêîí÷àíèè Âîëüñêî-Âûìñêîé ãðÿäû Ñðåäíåãî Òèìàíà. Òèòàíîíîñíûé ïëàñò ïðîòÿãèâàåòñÿ áîëåå ÷åì íà äåñÿòü êèëîìåòðîâ ñ þãà íà ñåâåð è äî 10 êèëîìåòðîâ ñ çàïàäà íà âîñòîê, çàíèìàÿ ïëîùàäü îêîëî 90 êì 2 â ñðåäíåì òå÷åíèè ð.
