Abstract: Background: Hydroxychloroquine (HCQ) has been extensively used during COVID-19 pandemic both as a therapeutic and prophylactic drug. HCQ is generally well tolerated; however, adverse drug reactions (ADRs) in COVID-19 need further exploration.
