Hyoscine butylbromide mode of action on bowel motility: From pharmacology to clinical practice

Abstract: Background: Hyoscine butylbromide (HBB) has been available for use as an antispasmodic since 1951 and is indicated for the treatment of abdominal pain associated with cramps.
