Individual records also mentioned comorbid hypercalcemia [38], migraine [30], head trauma [31], cerebral palsy, Down's syndrome, prematurity and post haemorrhagic hydrocephalus, dyspraxia, Klinefelter's syndrome, Leigh's syndrome, microcephaly and microdeletion, glue ear [33], and motion sickness [41].…”
