Hyperplastic Polyps of the Esophagus and Esophagogastric Junction

Abstract: Hyperplastic polyps of the esophagus and esophagogastric junction region (EGJ) are uncommon lesions characterized by hyperplastic epithelium (foveolar-type, squamous, or both) with variable amounts of inflamed stroma.
