Abstract:Background: Previous studies have only evaluated intravenous histamine H2 receptor antagonists for use as paclitaxel premedication. This study aims to investigate whether oral famotidine is non-inferior to intravenous ranitidine as a premedication to prevent paclitaxel-associated hypersensitivity reactions.
