Hyponatriämie

Abstract: Hyponatremia is the most commonly occurring electrolyte disorder and is associated with increased morbidity and mortality—independent of the underlying disease. Despite its high prevalence, hyponatremia is often underestimated and inadequately addressed in clinical routine.
