Hypopigmented white patches in a newborn

Abstract: A newborn developed multiple hyperkeratotic erythematous papules, some with central erosions, mainly located on her scalp and trunk. Histopathology revealed a dense infiltrate of monotonous mononuclearcells with pale pink cytoplasm and reniform nuclei, positive for CD1a, S100 protein, and langerin.
