Hypoxia promotes inflammatory fibroblast formation in pancreatic cancer

Abstract: Pancreatic ductal adenocarcinoma (PDAC) is a deadly malignancy characterized by poor response to all existing therapies. Although immunotherapy has shown great promise against multiple deadly cancers, it has been largely ineffective in PDAC.
