Abstract:Pancreatic cancer (PC), a highly lethal tumor with nearly identical incidence and mortality rates, has become the sixth leading cause of cancer-related deaths. Hypoxia is an important malignant factor in PC, as it regulates angiogenesis, metabolic reprogramming, tumor progression, and metastasis.
