Alisma genus: Phytochemical constituents, biosynthesis, and biological activities

Abstract: The genus Alisma contains 11 species distributed worldwide, of which at least two species (A. orientale [Sam.] Juzep. and A. plantago‐aquatica Linn.) have been used as common herbal medicines.
