Abstract:Aspergillus osteomyelitis is a rare complication of extrapulmonary invasive aspergillosis, which usually presents as spondylodiscitis. The clinical picture is usually paucisymptomatic and of long evolution, which leads to diagnostic difficulties, especially in immunosuppressed patients presenting a delayed systemic host response.
