Abstract:Non-endemic Clonorchis sinensis infection is challenging to diagnose. The present study reports the case of a 40-year-old female patient with severe epigastric pain, initially suspected to be a liver lesion, who was admitted to The Affiliated Hospital of Zunyi Medical University (Zunyi, China).
