Dendrocalamus longiligulatus sp. nov. (Poaceae: Bambusoideae) from Son La, Dien Bien province, Vietnam

Abstract: by its inconspicuous culm sheath auricles, margins with 8 -10 mm long fi mbriations, fi mbriate ligules of culm sheath 11 -14 mm long, palea with 3 veins between and 1 vein on either side of the keels, and blunt paleaceous apex.
