Abstract: The Toll pathway plays a pivotal role in innate immune responses against pathogens. The evolutionary conserved pathogen recognition receptors (PRRs), including Toll like receptors (TLRs), play a crucial role in recognition of pathogen associated molecular patterns (PAMPs).
