Abstract: Running title: Drosophila melanogaster Pex7Abstract Peroxisomes are organelles responsible for aspects of lipid metabolism and management of reactive oxygen species. Peroxisome Biogenesis Factor (Peroxin, Pex) genes encode proteins essential to peroxisome biogenesis or function.
