Abstract:In the title compound, C19H17N3O3·CH4O, the mean planes of the benzene ring and the quinoline rings make a dihedral angle of 75.5 (2)°. The acetohydrazide molecules are connected via pairs of intermolecular O—H⋯O hydrogen bonds into inversion dimers, and the methanol solvent molecule is linked to the acetohydrazide molecule via intermolecular N—H⋯O and bifurcated O—H⋯(N,O) hydrogen bonds.
