Abstract:Responsible for the conversion of L-tyrosine to p-coumaric acid in Flavobacterium johnsoniae, FjTAL has drawn the attention of many biochemical engineers who wish to carry out a sustainable biosynthesis scheme for the production of aromatic compounds.
