Abstract:Objectives:
Given the need to establish less invasive treatments that improve the patient’s quality of life and still have antitumour effects, this study aimed to evaluate the behaviour of breast cancer tumour cells (SKBR3 and PMC42) by treatment with ultradiluted Ruta graveolens (Ruta D35).
Material and Methods:
The breast cancer cell lines SKBR3 and PMC42 were treated with ultradiluted Ruta D35 and the in vitro effects on cell viability was evaluated by MTT cytotoxicity assay.
