In vivo quantitative high-throughput screening for drug discovery and comparative toxicology

Abstract: Quantitative high-throughput screening (qHTS) evaluates the pharmacology of drug and investigational agent libraries for potential therapeutic uses, toxicological risk assessment, and increasingly for academic chemical tool discovery.
